CLIENT EXPECTATIONS & RULES


  • Client is REQUIRED to shower and arrive fresh before any contact begins.
  • The Spa Inc reserves the right to refuse service or end an appointment immediately if a client shows poor hygiene or refuses health boundaries.
  • Prohibited intoxication or substance use that impairs basic hygiene or judgment. 


 

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or cash-backs once a purchase is completed or a service has commenced.

Patron and Guest Conduct


  • Age Limits: Clients must be a minimum of 18+ valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in. 
  • Zero Tolerance for Non-Consent: Unwelcome physical contact, sexual harassment, verbal abuse, or intimidation directed at staff or other guests results in immediate eviction and permanent ban. 
  • Recording Ban: No photography, video recording, or use of camera-enabled devices is allowed in common areas, locker rooms, or private service spaces. 
  • Substance Restrictions: Consumption of outside alcohol, illegal drugs, or cannabis on the premises is strictly prohibited. Intoxicated individuals will be refused entry.
